Habitat: South America, from southern Guyana to eastern Bolivia and Brazil to Argentina. They can be observed in cleared forests (capueras), forests and savannas.
Characteristics: This species of bird searches for food high up in the trees and moves slowly and methodically to feeds on insects (including bees), arachnids and some fruits.
