The Peregrine Falcon (Falco peregrinus) is the fastest diving bird! It can top 200 miles an hour while diving for prey.
Its diet consists almost exclusively of medium-sized birds and occasionally small mammals or small reptiles. This watercolour try to capture a particular moment with a special prey.
