The Camomile (Matricaria chamomilla) is the common name for several daisy-like plants of the family Asteraceae. It grows in the form of small shrub that usually reaches 8 to 12 inches in height. Two of the species, Matricaria recutita and Anthemis nobilis, are commonly used to make herbal teas. There is scientific evidence that consuming chamomile in foods or beverages has any beneficial effect on health for exaple it reduces menstrual pain, it helps treating diabetes, it helps for sleep and relaxation, it helpes healing inflammations and many more!!
