Since the very beginning of my colorful journey into the world of art, I’ve had the joy of hosting several lively watercolor workshops. In each one, I share my personal approach to drawing and painting in a relaxed, inspiring, and creative atmosphere. My goal is simple: to bring people closer to art and pass on all the tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way.
Every workshop focuses on a unique motif, guiding participants step by step through the entire painting process. Special motif requests are also possible with prior arrangement. We often start with a short, easy introduction to composition, which helps us later while painting. Then we dive into playful techniques such as wet-on-wet, wet-on-dry, using masking fluid, sprinkling, painting sharp and precise details, or intentionally soft and diffuse. We also explore how to handle brushes and colors, and discuss the differences between various watercolor papers.
The workshops are not only practical but also interactive: they encourage exchange, discussion, and fresh perspectives on this versatile art form. Each participant receives individual guidance, without any time pressure, since the workshops are charged per session, not per hour.
I’m truly excited to continue offering these creative sessions here in Switzerland, to spark imagination and share the joy of watercolor painting. If you feel like joining, I’d be delighted to welcome you at one of the upcoming sessions!
